my gripsox® are damaged or faulty
If your GripSox® arrive and they are damaged or faulty, we are happy to replace them for you. Either call us or send us an email with a picture of the GripSox® showing the fault or damage and we’ll arrange a replacement promptly. Click here for our contact details.
my gripsox® haven't arrived
If you have not received your GripSox® package in a reasonable time, please contact us and we can check with our internal tracking process to see what has happened to them. If they do not arrive, we will arrange a replacement for you straight away.
